Articulate and passionate about all aspects of design, Sanjiv Malhan is an architect by training with degrees in architecture and built environment.
Having studied and trained in Australia, with leading architectural practices such as Thomson Adsett Architects, he brings with him a unique perspective on the business. Ardent designer, astute businessman and impassioned architect, Sanjiv heads architecture and planning at Malhan.
His goal: to drive the business to achieve contemporary international standards of aesthetics and technology that form the differentiators in this field today. He also utilizes his extensive experience of managing and implementing large-scale housing, hospitality and retail projects in his additional role as head of the construction division at Malhan.

A self-professed design junkie, worshipper at the altar of design, Manish lives and breathes design. His sharp eye for detail leads him to be a hard taskmaster and a perfectionist when it comes to execution. His journey towards design began early, when he moved to Australia shortly after school to earn a Masters in Design and Interior Architecture.
His eight years as a professional in Australia with leading design firms have further honed his perspective on how design transforms a space into an organic entity that adds value to the lives of the users through enriching their interaction with and enjoyment of the space that surrounds them.
Technology, innovation and planning are his characteristics and he stamps each Malhan project with his unique understanding of contemporary aesthetics. Currently, he has also been entrusted with spearheading Malhan's foray into hospitality.

A Bachelor's in Commerce as well as a Master's in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing, backed by eight solid years of strong industry experience have empowered him to procure and sell some of the most outstanding projects of the group.
